Tracy
Tracy founded The Tops 38 years ago. She is still as passionate about hairdressing as the day she started. She still really enjoys working in the salon and still has clients from when she very first qualified, although she obviously loves to meet and welcome new clients to The Tops. You will find Tracy in the salon Tuesday through to Friday.
Tracy trained at Mynah’s Salon in Cheam Village, doing in-salon training along with day release to acquire her hairdressing City & Guild qualifications. Tracy opened the doors here at The Tops in 1988. She still very much loves learning and still attends training courses to accuire new skills and keep up with the trends..

Naomi
Naomi qualified in 2000, training with Toni and Guy, working in various branches, moving on to Monroe's in Leatherhead and Saks in Cheam. Naomi then joined us here at The Tops in 2014 and she has proved to be a very popular stylist with our clients and the other members of staff.
(Naomi works all day Wednesdays 9-6pm)
Rebecca
Joined us in 2018 She qualified in 2013, trained with Sean Hanna, moved onto Head Masters, then worked at Seven in Carshalton Beeches before joining us. Rebecca has fitted in really well and is proving to be a very valued member of the team and a big hit with our clients.

Sophie
Sophie joined us in 2021. Sophie completed her training & level 2/3 NVQ with Saks in Cheam - 2008.
Sophie has since worked in: Chymes, Dorking becoming their colour manager, Monroes in Leatherhead 2nd time at Saks in Cheam then moving onto Coconut in Cobham, before joining us.
Sophie is a very talented stylist/colourist a great asset & we're very pleased she is part of our team.

Over the years, all the girls have done a mixture of individual courses on top of their training and general hairdressing qualifications. These have included L’Oréal Colour Keys, Gents’ cutting, Redken educational, Jayne Wallace balayage (free hand painting techniques) Extensions & hair up and wedding hair with HRH education.
Our team is rounded off by the helpful and capable Shampooist/Assistants Sharon, Sarah.
